In 2014 we launched the Tweed Academy, a programme designed to help talented individuals progress their careers in Financial Services. The Academy gives a clear route and guidance to becoming a fully qualified, Chartered Financial Planner with support and encouragement along the way.

When I finished my Rugby career I needed a new challenge. Chris and Alison have really given me the confidence and support that I needed to succeed and the Tweed Academy programme provides a clear path for career progression.
