Jason Baggott

Jason played professional rugby for 7 years. Having started his rugby career with the Southern Kings in his homeland of South Africa, he moved across to the UK in 2015, spending the remainder of his playing days at Edinburgh Rugby. Alongside his rugby career, he also managed to complete a degree in Economics and Finance at Heriot-Watt University. During his rugby career, he met plenty of valuable contacts both on and off the pitch. After he hung up his rugby boots, he completed his St. James’ Place Academy Programme, leading him to join Tweed Wealth Management in 2021.

Personal Interests
When Jason’s not at work, he and his girlfriend, Eilidh, enjoy pretending to be coffee connoisseurs and brunch experts. He’s also an outdoorsy type who likes to explore Scotland whilst chasing a little white ball. He still plays a bit of rugby, playing for Southern Knights in the Super 6 and loves all things sport.
