- James is originally from the South West of England, spending most of his childhood in Cornwall, where he spent his time exploring the moors and surfing at the local beaches. This later lead him to study Outdoor Sport Management before deciding to join the Royal Air Force. He joined as a logistics specialist then later decided to join the Royal Air Force Mountain Rescue Service. Since leaving the Royal Air Force, he relocated to Inverness to lay roots for him, his wife and now their two children, alongside building his second career with Tweed Wealt Management.
Personal Interests
When not in work, James loves spending time with his wife and kids and socialising with friends and family. Keeping fit and active is important to James. He still explores the Highlands whether its Munro bagging, paddling, camping, cycling or just ‘chilling’ at the beach, to which he is now passing on these passions to his children. James is a big Everton fan and loves to get involved with any sport or physical challenge. James has completed two mountain marathons and a couple ½ marathons and also has an ambition to start adventure triathlons (once the kids are a touch older and the boss allows it).
