Tweed Wealth has come a long way since Chris and I started it in 2014.
We have expanded carefully – always seeking out the best opportunities to help us better serve our clients.
A key reason for our success is that our hunger and ambition has always matched that of our customers. We’ve championed leaders, innovators and other entrepreneurs by promoting our values of ambition, drive and dependability.
At the same time, I know that this would count for little if we didn’t have the right people to help us push forwards.
My role at Tweed centres on making sure we have the right team and the right culture in place to help our clients meet their financial goals.
We’ve invested a significant amount of time and money in recruitment and development.
In practice, this means that I’m constantly looking out for inspiring individuals, people that have achieved success in another field and anyone with the right mindset for growth.
I also spend a lot of time on the Tweed Wealth Management Academy, which is another key source of our strength.
An exclusive training program, the academy takes a talented few and – through a combination of work and study – instils in them a passion and drive to achieve.
We’ve managed to keep the Tweed Academy outside the mainstream of the financial planning world, which has allowed us to attract people with fresh expertise to an industry that would be poorer without them.
